In gathering information regarding you and the culture and style of your company Kirk will determine the design concept for your event. Kirk will provide a Pintrest board to illustrate decor, linen, furniture, event detail, etc

Based on your budget and event goal Kirk will assist with choosing the best venue for your event. Kirk will also be in contact with the venue throughout the planning process.

Based on your budget and event goal Kirk will assist with choosing the best vendors for your event. Kirk will attend consultations, assist with the selection of vendors and be in contact with vendors throughout the planning process. 

review contracts and agreements

Kirk will review all contracts and agreements to ensure everything is in order prior to finalizing agreements. 

Liscense and permit procurement

Kirk will ensure you have the proper permits and licenses you need for your event

menu selection and coordination

Kirk will work with you and the venue/ caterer of choice to customize a menu that will be a perfect fit for your event and your budget

transportation management

Kirk will arrange and manage any transportation you would like to provide for your guests to attend your event

registration management

Kirk will supply and/or manage registration staffing to ensure the registration process flows smooth and effortlessly

swag and giveaway management

Kirk will organize and and manage the promotional collateral and giveaways per your specifications

Kirk will perform a full analysis of the event to let you know the reach of your event and how successful we were in meeting your event goal. 

onsite event management

• verify final guest count with vendors and venue
• create a detailed event schedule and email schedule to all vendors one week prior

• confirm load in and load out times with vendors
• manage and oversee event setup
• coordination of vendor arrivals and load-in

Partial Event Design and Coordination

This package is ideal for smaller or social events. Events by Kirk will ensure your vision for the event is brought to fruition. All clients will have unlimited access to Kirk via email, telephone, and Skype along with face-to-face planning meetings.

A La Carte

A la carte items can be purchased separately or along-side an event design package. Either way, Events by Kirk is more than happy to assist in your event needs!

liscense and permit procurement

Kirk will ensure you have the proper permits and licenses you need for your event. This is the perfect addition to a Partial Event Design or Event Day Coordination package

Kirk will design a SquareSpace website for your event marketing opportunities, updates, RSVP's and ticket sales. 

RSvp management

This will completely eliminate the flood of emails from your guests. RSVP management includes all guest correspondence.

Travel accommodations

Are you planning a destination event? Events by Kirk will book your travel and correspond with your guests to ensure a stress free travel experience.

Event Marketing

Let Kirk take away to time consuming task of promoting your event. Events by Kirk will develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote your event and enhance ticket sales
