1 Day Planning Session

During a VIP Day, Events by Kirk will work with you to layout the steps for your next event. Whether in-person or a virtual event.

Sessions begin at $1000 for a 3 hour session.

During this time we will:

Discuss the goal of your event and how to accomplish your goals
Discuss the details of your event.
Organize details
Create an actionable plan and setup a project management tool with the steps necessary
Identify tasks and timeline in planning
Discuss post-event process and the setup for future events

During a VIP Day, Events by Kirk will work with you to layout the steps for exhibiting at your next event. From move-in to move-out to booth design.
